Situated in a complex that houses one of Saigon’s most iconic printing factories, Toong Minh Khai was born out of an inspiring idea to construct a contemporary work environment that retains the original structure of the 30-year-old modernist building.
In this hidden oasis amid Saigon’s center district, brick walls are replaced with glass doors, the two storeys were expanded to create a luminescent skylight, an indoor garden of tropical plants were installed and cultivated. Everything makes up a restful haven for the progressive Saigonese to gather and be inspired day by day.
